GoHighLevel snapshots for agencies

Snapshots help an agency turn a working client setup into a reusable starting point. Instead of rebuilding the same workflows, forms, calendars and funnels for every account, you can copy selected configuration into another sub account.

What a snapshot actually is

HighLevel describes a snapshot as a reusable template created from an existing sub account. You configure the source account first, then capture the assets you want to reuse.

What snapshots can carry

Current HighLevel documentation lists assets such as workflows, funnels, calendars, forms, campaigns and custom fields. This makes snapshots useful when several clients need the same underlying process.

Where agencies get the most value

The strongest use case is repeatability. Build and test a process once, document it, then use that setup as the starting point for similar client accounts. You can still customize the new account after the snapshot is loaded.

Do not treat a snapshot as a finished client setup

Reusable assets still need client specific review. Check contact information, domains, calendars, users, integrations, messaging settings and anything else tied to the individual business.

Snapshots and SaaS offers

Snapshots can also support a repeatable SaaS package by giving new accounts a consistent starting configuration. If that is your model, read our HighLevel SaaS Mode guide.

A practical agency process

Build the source account → test the workflows → document the setup → create the snapshot → load it into a new client account → complete client specific configuration → test again.

Snapshots become more useful when the underlying automation is clean. See our HighLevel workflows guide and agency tech stack guide.
